POC results

The POC was carried out in Oslo Lufthavn from September to November 2022. On average, there were 45 trolleys in operation and 5 ambassadors.

During the POC 4.937 passengers used the service for more than 10 minutes, with average user session length being around 35 minutes.

All in all 46.633 promotions (excluding pause screen ads) was shown during the POC, 23.440 of them being unique impressions. On average each passenger saw almost 10 promotions.

Almost all passengers used ITS to navigate to points of interest in the terminal including gates, outlets and restrooms.

48% of users activated a route to a commercial concession.
